Youth fired upon

Rourkela: Miscreants opened fire at a youth in Rourkela on Saturday night while he was going by his car insteel township under Sector-3 police limits. The injured youth was identified as Vijay Lakra. Around 8: 40 pm on Saturday, two youths came on a bike and opened fire at Lakra and fled from the spot. Locals rescued Lakra and sent him to IGH.
