Body of a youth, having injury marks, was found buried in the sand on the banks of the Gandak river in Bagaha on Monday. Children playing on the river bank found the body and informed the local people. Pathkhauli police reached the spot and started an investigation. The FSL team was also called to probe the case. SHO Avnish Kumar said the body has been sent to the sub-divisional hospital for postmortem, adding the identity of the body could not be ascertained.
