Police fished out the body of an unidentified middle-aged woman, who had allegedly jumped into river Ganga at Aguani Ghat under Parbatta police station in Khagaria district after consuming pesticides, on Wednesday. The body was sent to the sadar hospital for postmortem, police said. Another 12-year-old girl was feared drowned while taking a bath in a rivulet at Aguani Ghat on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Chhoti Kumari, who hailed from Khiradih village under the same police station, police said.
