Bhubaneswar: Utkal University faced a sharp cut in the sanctioned strength of administrative staff as the state govt revised the non-teaching posts in state public universities. The varsity will see a significant reduction in senior positions, with its section officer posts reduced from 50 to 15 and senior assistant positions cut from 95 to 27.
