Chennai: Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) is planning to recruit 7,535 teachers including assistant professors for govt arts and science colleges this year. The tentative planner released by TRB said the recruitment exam for 4,000 assistant professors will be conducted in July. It will also conduct an exam to recruit 232 faculty members to Anna University’s constituent colleges in April.
In May, the board will conduct an exam to recruit 132 assistant and associate professors in law. Exams to recruit 1,915 PG assistants, 1,205 BT assistants will be held in Nov and Dec. TNN
