Mela police on Tuesday announced a traffic route plan for kalpwasis entering the Mela campus. The kalpwasis coming from Kanpur-Lucknow and Pratapgarh would enter Sector 18 via pontoon bridge number 15. They would follow the route via Malak Har Har, Teliyarganj, Mazar crossing, Salori flyover, and Thana Baghara.
Devotees would be observing one m0onth kalpwas from Jan 13. Similarly, kalpwasis coming from Jaunpur and Varanasi will opt for Andhawa, Katka trisection, and the old GT road to enter Sector 18, while those coming from Prayagraj and Kaushambi would follow the traffic route via Balson crossing, Kamla Nehru Hospital road, Hasimpur flyover, Bakshi Bundh, Nagbasuku temple, and Old GT pontoon bridge number 15.
Moreover, kalpwasis coming from Mirzapur and Chitrakoot would opt for Bagar INN crossing, Shastri bridge (Jhunsi), New GT road, Katra tiraha, and enter Sector 18 via Old GT marg.
