Gaya: A teenager, who went missing on Tuesday, was found dead on Wednesday morning.
Ankit Kumar (17) lived with his maternal grandparents at village Tineri under Guraru police station.
According to his maternal grandfather Dudheshwar Singh, Ankit had left home on Tuesday morning but did not return till late in the night. All efforts by the family members to trace him went in vain.On Wednesday morning, his body was found lying on the outskirts of the village. Police sent the body to Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital for postmortem and started an investigation.
SSP Ashish Bharti said a dog squad and team from forensic science laboratory inspected the site.
