Tamilisai accuses DMK of duping TN | Chennai News – The Times of India

Chennai: Former Telangana governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on Sunday countered DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi saying that it was the DMK which has no regard for Tamils.
Tamilisai told reporters here on Sunday said the Union govt was working tireless for the growth of the country, whereas DMK was duping Tamils.
“You (Kanimozhi) were the one who said that there are more widows in TN due to liquor and urged for a prohibition when DMK was in opposition. Similarly, chief minister M K Stalin held black flags in front of his house opposing liquor outlets. But what happened after you formed govt,” she asked pointing out the functioning of liquor outlets across TN. “It shows you have no regard for them,” she said.
