Summer rush: Extension of Delhi-bound special trains | Patna News – Times of India
Patna: To clear the summer rush of passengers, the railways has extended services of three pairs of special passenger trains to Anand Vihar in Delhi from Patna and Danapur.
Services of superfast bi-weekly Patna-Anand Vihar special have been extended from July 4 to July 28. It will leave Patna Junction every Sunday and Thursday at 10pm and reach Anand Vihar next day at 3pm.On its return, it will depart every Monday and Friday till July 29 at 11.20pm and reach Patna Junction next day at 5.20pm with stoppages at Kanpur Central, Prayagraj , Pt Deen Dayal Upadhaya Junction (DDU), Buxar, Ara and Danapur, said ECR CPRO Saraswati Chandra.
Similarly, Patna-Anand Vihar weekly superfast special will be in operation till July 27, leaving Patna Junction every Saturday at 10.20pm and reaching Anand Vihar next day at 3pm. On its return, it will depart Anand Vihar every Sunday till July 28 at 11.20pm and reach Patna Junction next day at 5.20pm.
