State to get food processing units | Patna News – Times of India

Patna: Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) president and Union minister for food processing industry Chirag Paswan on Saturday said the opposition did everything to create a false narrative about the NDA in a bid to defeat it but the masses paid no attention to them.
Chirag, while addressing a function organized in Patna to felicitate the newly-elected party MPs, expressed his gratitude towards all for the party’s excellent performance in the Lok Sabha elections.
Chirag said his focus would be on food processing units in the state, which would lead to an increase in the income of farmers. He declared to implement the initiative of ‘Bihar first, Bihari first’, promising to give the best for the state by establishing food processing units for bananas of Hajipur, litchis of Muzzarpur, and mangoes of Patna, which would increase the farmers’ income, state revenue, and create employment opportunities for the youths.
The party also took to its official X handle and posted about Paswan’s visit to the state for the first time after becoming Union minister.
