Prayagraj: In an initiative aimed at improving patient care and grievance redressal, Swaroop Rani Nehru (SRN) Hospital, Prayagraj, introduced a dedicated mobile contact facility for patients and their attendants. The new system, effective from May 27, will enable individuals to directly contact hospital officials regarding any complaints, difficulties, or suggestions during their stay or visit. According to the notice issued by the Chief Superintendent’s office, the mobile numbers will be prominently displayed across major areas of the hospital, including the OPD, emergency, consultation building, inpatient wards and other departments. This will ensure that patients and their families can easily reach the responsible authorities without any hassle.The hospital administration shared the following contact details for public use: Emergency Medical Officer – Mobile No.: 8005000167 (available 24×7), Chief Superintendent’s Office – 8005000168 (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and the Public Relations Officer (PRO) – 8005000169 (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).The aim of this move is to increase transparency, responsiveness, and trust between hospital staff and the patients. The administration hopes that this direct communication channel will help in resolving issues more swiftly, enhancing the overall patient experience at the hospital. This step is expected to be a significant milestone in streamlining hospital services and ensuring that no patient concern goes unheard or unresolved.
