Mumbai: In the second accident recorded on the coastal road on Sunday morning, a car lost control on the southbound lane, at 11.30 am.
BMC officials said that the vehicle was towed away at 2.30 pm. “Nobody was injured in the incident,” said a civic official, adding that the accident took place at the interface of tunnel’s cut & cover portion below Mafatal Club in Girgaon chowpathy.“Authorities promptly responded to the situation and ensured that the vehicle was removed from the site to prevent any further disruption to traffic flow,” the official added. tnn
