Ready for debate on any issue, Harish dares CM Revanth Reddy | Hyderabad News

Hyderabad: BRS leader T Harish Rao on Wednesday took potshots at chief minister A Revanth Reddy, stating that he was ready for a debate on any issue of the latter’s choice — be it Kaleshwaram, loan waiver, rythu bharosa, the claim of filling 60,000 posts or caste census.
Responding to the chief minister’s speech, the former minister accused Revanth Reddy of politicising Basaveshwara Jayanti and the SSC results announcement for cheap political mileage. He said the chief minister had earlier backtracked on the debate over the implementation of the loan waiver scheme.
Calling Revanth Reddy’s language and conduct at a govt function as disgraceful and unworthy of the Chief Minister’s office, Harish Rao said the govt deliberately delayed SSC results and altered the announcement timings twice, merely to create a political stage for the chief minister.
Harish Rao further claimed that in just 15 months, the Congress govt had earned the tag of Telangana’s most disconnected administration. “Every community feels betrayed. Revanth is becoming India’s most criticised Chief Minister in record time. People are watching, and they will respond at the right time. Don’t beg for KCR to take your name, he doesn’t entertain the uncultured,” he said.
Harish Rao further said that several welfare schemes have been stalled under Congress rule, including Dalit Bandhu, BC Bandhu, KCR Kit, pension dues, 2BHK housing, scholarships, and fee reimbursement.
