Railways cancels 7 trains, reschedules 2 | Patna News – Times of India

Patna: The railways has cancelled at least seven special passenger trains and rescheduled departure of two other passenger trains due to non-interlocking (NI) work being carried out on the Kiul – Gaya route under Danapur division of the East Central Railway (ECR) from June 29 to July 2.
ECR’s chief public relations officer (CPRO) Saraswati Chandra said the railways has cancelled Gaya- Jhajha passenger (03385/03386), Gaya – Kiul passenger (03355/03356), Gaya – Kiul passenger (03389/03390) and Kiul – Gaya passenger (03393) till July 2 due to NI work on this route of the division.
In addition, the railways has rescheduled departure of Gaya-Howrah (13024) from 12.10pm to 1.15pm, while Jamalpur-Gaya (03615) will leave Jamalpur at 11.20am instead of its scheduled departure at 8.20am from June 29 to July 2, he said, adding the railways has given stoppage of Gaya-Jamalpur (03615/03616) at each station and halt on the Kiul-Gaya route of the division during this period.
