Rabri demands apology from Nitish and Lallan

Patna: Leader of opposition in legislative council, Rabri Devi on Thursday demanded apologies from CM Nitish Kumar, as well as JD(U) MP Rajiv Ranjan Singh, alias Lallan Singh for disrespecting women. Rabri even asked Lallan Singh to tell about about his mother’s and wife’s educational background.
“I would like to ask how much education his (Lallan) mother and wife has received.He commented on my signature saying I do not understand the Budget. Isn’t it a mockery of women? He is blaming other women, instead he should show the certificates of his mother and wife,” said Rabri.
She also demanded an apology from CM Nitish over Wednesday’s episode in assembly in which CM Nitish had drawn flak after raising his voice on RJD MLA Rekha Devi saying “Mahila ho, janti nahi ho”.
