Mumbai: The BMC has carried out seizure and attachment action on Monday and Tuesday against four properties for non-payment of property tax of more than Rs 10 crore by the owners of the properties. However, soon after the action, a property tax owner paid up Rs 49 lakh. The action was taken against four property owners, who refused to pay the arrears.Three are in G-North ward and one in P-North ward. The property owners, who have defaulted, include Jasodha Housing society, Sandeep Estate Development, Tridhaatu Construction, and Habib Noor Mohammad. tnn
