Patna: The Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) formed 19 Quick Response Teams (QRTs), each assigned to one of the 19 zones into which the city’s 75 wards have been divided, to tackle waterlogging problem. These teams will respond within 15 minutes of receiving a complaint and will be equipped with vehicles and water-drainage equipment. According to PMC’s statement, “A helpline number, 155304, has been designated for residents to report issues, which will be addressed promptly.”
