Mumbai: A pile-up occured on the Western Express Highway at Andheri (East) on Monday morning, sending traffic out of gear for several hours. The police said a tempo on the north-bound arm of the highway lost control and entered the south-bound arm, rammed an oncoming vehicle. At least five other vehicles ended up in a pile-up. Two persons were injured. One was admitted to Nanavati, the other to Cooper. TNN
