Sambalpur police arrested 10 people and seized 5,011 cough syrup bottles from an abandoned agricultural office in Cheruapada area of the city on Monday. According to Sambalpur SP Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo, those arrested had procured the cough syrup bottles from Howrah in West Bengal and had plans to sell them in Sambalpur town and Burla. Police also seized Rs 16,350 in cash from them. TNN
