Rourkela: Acting on a tip-off, police arrested four persons, including an OSRTC bus conductor, for allegedly smuggling 40 kg of ganja on Monday evening. The contraband is estimated to be worth Rs 40,000.
Police received information about Rupak Mishra, a conductor on the Jeypore-Rourkela OSRTC bus route, and three others carrying suspicious bags containing ganja.
The other three are residents Kalahandi district and were identified as Mohammad Saddam (30), Munawar Alli (40) and Md Tasib (31).
