Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on Friday launched its upgraded website, ORERA Version 2.0. The new system introduces cutting-edge features, including an interactive dashboard and AI-powered chatbot. The key features of ORERA 2.0 include an end-to-end grievance redressal system, online complaint filing and tracking, digital payment gateway integration, a mobile app for site engineers and architects, online quarterly progress report submission, and digital signature capabilities.
