Odisha Government Employees Embrace iGOT Platform for Enhanced Training and Development | Bhubaneswar News

Bhubaneswar: As part of the Mission Karmayogi activity, around 50,000 employees and almost all departments of the Odisha govt were onboarded on the iGOT (integrated government online training) platform of the Centre by Saturday. The onboarding process is underway and all four lakh govt employees will be onboard within the next few days, said official sources.
The iGOT Karmayogi platform is an all-in-one online platform for civil service officials. It guides learning, hosts discussions, manages careers and conducts reliable assessments to showcase officials’ competency effectively, said a senior officer of the Odisha govt.
“By leveraging this platform, Odisha aims to create a comprehensive learning ecosystem that enhances public service delivery, promotes accountability and ensures citizen satisfaction,” said an official statement issued on Saturday.
Chief secretary Manoj Ahuja reviewed the progress of the iGOT activities here. Soon after the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Odisha govt, Capacity Building Commission, and Karmayogi Bharat on October 23, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, the nodal agency for the implementation of Mission Karmayogi, organised workshops for the nodal officers of all departments.
