Bhubaneswar: Odisha regained its status as an ‘Achiever’ in LEADS 2024, advancing from the ‘Aspirer’ category. Three coastal states—Gujarat, Karnataka, and Maharashtra—were ahead of Odisha. Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) is a unique initiative of the Centre, focused on assessing the performance of the logistics ecosystem across states and union territories. The award was presented to the state by union minister of commerce and industry, Piyush Goyal, during a felicitation function on Friday in New Delhi.
