Patna: The 78th birthday celebrations of RJD chief Lalu Prasad provided fresh ammunition to the ruling NDA leaders in the election year.BJP’s national spokesperson Ajay Alok congratulated Lalu on his birthday but, at the same time, took a political swipe at him. “Lalu ji, your habits are the same Masha Allah Subhan Allah. There is no improvement in your habits. Even when you cut the cake, you cut it with a sword. You used the sword so much on the dalits and backward people of Bihar and now you are not showing mercy even on the cake. You have given the same sanskaar to your party and your children. In RJD, everyone is using swords and spears. Now accept it… at the age of 78, neither your habits nor the habits of your party will change,” Alok said.The state BJP also released a video on Lalu with a caption on the occasion: “Darkness was spread by imposing nepotism, Bihar will never forget jungle raj.”
