Mysterious Deaths of Two LJP(RV) Leaders in Madhubani | Patna News – Times of India


Two functionaries of the Lok Janshakti Party(Ram Vilas) were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Madhubani district on Thursday. The deceased have been identified as Amarjeet Yadav, the party’s district media in charge, and Laliteshwar Paswan, block president, both residents of Mohanpur village in Bisfi police station area of the district.
Yadav died in sleep at home, while Paswan succumbed to his illness while being taken to a hospital in Darbhanga.
Paswan’s wife Durga Devi alleged that he had consumed liquor before his death. “He came home drunk and soon became unwell,” she said.
Bisfi station house officer Avinash Kumar said the bodies were sent for postmortem and and an investigation was started into the cause of death. “We cannot confirm the reason for death until the autopsy reports come,” said Kumar.
Yadav also ran a nursing home.
