Mukhiya anticipatory bail plea hearing date set for July 19 | Patna News – Times of India
Patna: The special CBI court-2 on Monday gave July 19 as the next date of hearing of anticipatory bail plea of main accused, Sanjiv Mukhiya, in the alleged NEET paper leak case.
The regular bail plea of eight other accused in the case, including aspirants and their parents, will now be heard on July 25. The court of ADJ-5 had earlier directed the accused to file their bail plea in the CBI court, as the case is now being investigated by the central agency.
