Mohan Majhi: Majhi Listens To People’s Grievances, Assures Action | Bhubaneswar News

Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Mohan Majhi, his ministerial colleagues and senior officials attended the grievance cell on Monday and listened to the problems of 1,000 people who had registered online.
A group of 17 farmers from Rajkanika in Kendrapada district met the CM and told him about alleged financial irregularities in the Baruna Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society.
The farmers complained that two officials of the society had embezzled govt aid meant for farmers, but no action had been taken against them. Majhi received their complaint and told them that his govt is for farmers. “Injustice against farmers will never be tolerated. The complaint will be investigated promptly, the guilty will be punished, and justice will be provided to them,” a statement from the CMO read.
