According to Telangana Development Planning Society’s rainfall data, the highest rainfall was recorded in Serilingampally (Chandanagar Circle), where 8.8 mm of rain was recorded at Hafeezpet, while Bahadurpura and Rajendranagar experienced moderate showers and logged 4.8 mm rainfall each.
The rainfall was widespread, with multiple locations, including Kukatpally, Shaikpet, and Maredpally, receiving varying amounts, ranging between 3.3 mm and 4.5 mm. The diverse range across these areas points to a system that affected the city intermittently, with showers occurring at different times during the day.
The forecast for the next 48 hours predicts a continuation of these weather patterns. Thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning and gusty winds, are expected to occur at isolated places in various districts, including Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Karimnagar, Hyderabad, and Medchal Malkajigiri.
