Bhubaneswar: Over 5,000 cadets from various institutes across the state joined the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Day, 2024 on Sunday at the Indoor Stadium in Cuttack. The event began with a grand parade led by cadets from different battalions. This was followed by mesmerising cultural performances by the cadets, highlighting the rich heritage of Odisha.
Higher education and sports and youth affairs minister Suryabanshi Suraj graced the event and during his address, emphasised the critical role of NCC in shaping the youth of the nation and fostering qualities of leadership, discipline, and patriotism.He encouraged the cadets to continue serving the nation with dedication.
