Hyderabad: A 33-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband at their residence in Pratap Singaram village near Ghatkesar on Monday night. Bandari Niharika was hit with a boulder on her head allegedly by her husband Srikar Reddy, 35, leading to her death.
According to police, Srikar used to have frequent quarrels with his wife, and the recent dispute centred around the ownership of their house, which was gifted to Niharika by her parents.Family members of Niharika alleged that Srikar has been harassing her for some time.tnn
