MUMBAI: The Nagpada police on Tuesday arrested a 45-year-old earring seller for allegedly inappropriately touching an eight-year-old girl near Kamathipura Tuesday evening. The accused was booked for molestation under the Pocso Act.
“The girl came and was looking at earrings when he touched her inappropriately. A woman, on the first floor of a nearby building, saw this and alerted the girl’s family who caught him,” said a police officer.
