Man caught smoking on Air India flight from Jaipur to Mumbai | Mumbai News – Times of India

Mumbai: A resident of Rajasthan, Arjun Thalore (34), was caught smoking inside the lavatory on an Air India flight travelling from Jaipur to Mumbai on a Saturday. The onboard crew observed smoke ash inside the lavatory after Arjun Thalore (34) exited, and they handed him over to the airport security officials upon landing at Mumbai airport. Subsequently, he was arrested by the Sahar police.
The associate security official for Air India, Om Deshmukh (28) said that the flight that took off from Jaipur at 6.21pm had no smoking logo highlighted near the lavatory zone.“The flyers onboard were alerted by the cabin crew to not smoke. Despite the warning, Thalore entered the lavatory when the flight was mid-air and smoked,” said a police officer of the Sahar police station. tnn
