Berhampur: A 27-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by his elder brother at Badarapalli, under Kodala police station limits in Ganjam district, on Saturday following a property dispute. The deceased was identified as Sambhu Rout. Police have detained his elder brother, Kailash Rout (36), for questioning. Earlier, Sambhu had been arrested for murdering his mother and was released from jail around six months ago.
