Koraput: A 25-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly impersonating the district collector and magistrate of Angul and attempting to influence a transfer decision within the local administration. The accused was identified as Sudnar Barik. Police said Barik called up the block development officer of Jeypore, pressurising him to transfer a junior engineer from the block.tnn
