Sasaram: Additional District and Session Judge (1) Shailendra Kumar Panda on Friday awarded life term imprisonment and imposed Rs 3 lakh fine each to two accused of the same village in a 35 years old Dalit murder case. The court also directed to pay Rs 1 lakh from the realised fine to the deceased family. The court records said that in 1990, one Ramashraya Dusadh was shot dead by two villagers at Gorakha Parasi village under Karakat police station of the Rohtas district. His wife Nageshwari Devi lodged a named FIR against Kameshwar Kahar and Akshaya Lal Tiwari. Last week the court held the duo guilty.
