Justice Arindam Sinha to be acting CJ
Cuttack: Justice Arindam Sinha will be the acting chief justice of Orissa high court following the retirement of Chief Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh on Jan 19. On Friday, the department of justice issued a notification in which it stated that Justice Sinha will “perform the duties of the office of Chief Justice of Orissa high court from Jan 20, 2025”.
Justice Sinha was elevated as a Calcutta high court judge on Oct 30, 2013.
