Hyderabad’s parkour scene is quietly growing, with small but dedicated communities training across the city. From school children to working professionals, many are turning to parkour for its physical and mental benefits.Parents see it as a healthy alternative to screen time for kids, while adults use it to stay agile for demanding workdays. While the community remains niche, it is gradually expanding through dedicated trainers and local interest.What is parkour?Parkour is a sport where practitioners aim to move from one point to another in the most fluid, efficient, and safe way possible — often using jumps, climbs, rolls, and other skillful movements to overcome obstacles in their environment.

We train over 200 students, ages 3 to 55 in morning and evening sessions. Beyond fitness, it’s a space where people unwind, have fun and connect through movement. My son, aged 10, has been doing parkour since last year. He’s also a national champion in skateboarding in his age category, and parkour has really helped him with that.
