Odisha to hold investors’ meet in Pune, Ahd

Bhubaneswar: The state will host “Investor’s Meets” in Pune and Ahmedabad from Aug 7 to 9, said industries minister Sampad Chandra Swain. Speaking to mediapersons, Swain said one to one discussion and roundtable sessions will be organised with the investors to attract them to invest in Odisha. He said focus will remain on attracting investment in automobile, food processing and downstream sectors.The minister said the department has set a target to invite an investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crore by 2029. Officials from industries department as well as from the department of micro, small and medium enterprises will also attend the investor’s meet in the two cities. tnn
