Patna: Two wanted criminals—Dilip Kumar alias Mannu Rai and Vinod Kumar alias Bilaiti—were arrested from Ramjichak locality in the state capital on Sunday, in connection with the murder of one Neeraj. A country-made pistol, a live cartridge, and two cellphones were recovered from their possession. Neeraj was shot and injured by three motorcyle-borne criminals on July 23, but he succumbed to his injuries on August 2, said SDPO-II, law and order, Dinesh Pandey.
