ICSI to announce CS results for Executive and Professional exams on February 25

ICSI CS result 2024: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is set to announce the results of the December 2024 session for the Executive and Professional Programme examinations on February 25, 2025. The results will be declared according to a fixed schedule, providing students with access to their performance in the exams.
The Professional Programme results (for both Syllabus 2017 and Syllabus 2022) will be declared at 11:00 AM, while the Executive Programme results (for both Syllabus 2017 and Syllabus 2022) will be announced at 2:00 PM. The results will be available online on the official ICSI website, www.icsi.edu, immediately after the announcement.
Availability of detailed result and marks statement
Along with the result declaration, students will also be able to access the subject-wise break-up of their marks. The formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Executive Programme will be available for download directly from the ICSI website immediately after the result declaration. It is important to note that no physical copy of the result will be issued for the Executive Programme.
In contrast, the Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Professional Programme will be dispatched to candidates at their registered addresses shortly after the results are declared. If a candidate does not receive the physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement within 30 days from the result declaration, they are advised to contact ICSI at exm@icsi.edu with their relevant details.
Further examination schedule
The next ICSI examination for both the Professional and Executive Programmes will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025. The online enrolment for these examinations, along with the required fee submission, will open from February 26, 2025.

Supply of answer book copies
Students who wish to receive a copy of their evaluated answer books from the December 2024 session can do so by applying through the ICSI Examination Answer Books Portal. The portal will be operational from February 26, 2025, and students can access their answer books by using a user ID and password sent to their registered email. The evaluated answer books will be available for a period of 45 days, up until April 10, 2025.
Students are reminded that the answer books supplied are for personal reference only and cannot be shared or used for legal purposes. Additionally, any grievances regarding the valuation of the answer books must be addressed by submitting a Verification of Marks application within 60 days of the result declaration or 15 days from accessing the answer book.
