The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will open enrollment for the CS June 2025 exam soon. The ICSI CS June 2025 exams are scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 10, 2025, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM. The Executive Programme will commence with Jurisprudence, Interpretation, and General Laws, while the Professional Programme (2017 syllabus) will start with Governance, Risk Management, Compliances, and Ethics. Meanwhile, the Professional Programme (2022 syllabus) will begin with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice paper.

ICSI CS June 2025: Application fee
The examination fee for the Executive Programme is INR 1500 per group, while for the Professional Programme, it is INR 1800 per module or group. A late fee of INR 250 applies to all stages, and any modification in the exam centre, module, medium, or optional subject requires an additional ₹250 per change. Students should note that the system generates a Request ID and Transaction ID for all transactions, including unsuccessful ones.
