CHENNAI: Despite differences with the DMK due to the assembly proceedings, Tamizhaga Vazhvurimai Katchi (TVK) founder T Velmurugan said on Monday that he is still part of the DMK alliance.
Speaking to reporters after paying his respects to B R Ambedkar on his 135th birth anniversary at TVK headquarters in Chennai, Velmurugan stated that the differences between him and speaker M Appavu over the issue of not allocating time for him to speak in the assembly would not affect the alliance.
Velmurugan mentioned that he would never be part of the BJP-AIADMK alliance.
Recently, chief minister M K Stalin was upset at the way Velmurugan spoke in the assembly and insisted that Appavu take action against him.
