Chhapra: In a drive carried out on Monday and Tuesday, police seized 462.195 litres of IMFL and 220 litres of country-made liquors from different places in the district and also arrested six people involved in the illegal trade. Saran SP Kumar Ashish said the drives were carried out in different localities of the district. The arrested people included Sandip Kumar of Khaindrahi under Gawana PS in Siwan district; Ritik Kumar Roshan of village Lohargawan under Madhuban PS in East Champaran; Pallu Kumar of East Balua under Doriganj PS in Saran and Rajan Sah, native of Bichla Telpa under Chhapra Town PS.
