Bhubaneswar: House of a murder accused-cum-drug peddler, identified as Raja Nayak, was demolished by civic authorities on Friday following a proposal by city police. “We found that he was involved in illegal activities, including drug peddling, from his house that was built illegally on govt land,” a police officer said.Nayak is wanted for his alleged involvement in murder of police volunteer Sahadeb Nayak (36) on the Rasulgarh flyover on Jan 8.In the last three years, city police have got the houses of at least 10 criminals demolished for their alleged involvement in drug trafficking.
