Bhubaneswar: Five platoons of police force will be deployed in Jatni town on the outskirts of the city for the upcoming Ganesh Puja, besides heavy deployment in the city. Close to 500 committees will organise Ganesh Puja in Bhubaneswar and in Jatni on September 7. To maintain law and order and manage crowd, police personnel will be deployed at vantage points and sensitive areas based on previous incidence mapping as prepared by city police.tnn

MEIL deployed its advanced 2000 HP automated oil drilling rig at ONGCs Rajahmundry asset, marking the third rig establishment in the area. This fully automated rig, equipped with cutting-edge technology and indigenously manufactured, is expected to enhance efficiency and safety in oil extraction. MEIL has orders to supply 47 rigs to various ONGC assets across India.
