Mumbai: Five minor girls escaped from St. Catherine’s Home in Andheri West through the washroom window between 10:30pm on Thursday and 2:30am on Friday. The Amboli police filed an FIR against an unknown person under Section 137(2) (kidnapping) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on March 28, as the girls were aged between 15 and 17 years.
The FIR states the watchwoman notified the sisters after the girls did not return from washroom. tnn
