Expelled RJD Leader Vows to Raise Voice on Road | Patna News – Times of India

Patna: Three days after his expulsion from the Bihar legislative council, RJD national treasurer Sunil Kumar Singh was honoured by the party on Monday. Sunil was showered with rose petals and presented with a memento, bouquets and shawls at the party office here.
While addressing the party workers and leaders, Sunil said even though he had been stopped from raising his voice in the council, he would continue to do so on the road and among the public.
RJD state president Jagadanand Singh praised Sunil, describing him as a warrior who had always raised questions for the people in the council and represented the voice of Lalu Prasad and opposition leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav.
However, JD(U) state spokesperson Anjum Ara criticised RJD for honouring Sunil Singh. “He was disqualified from the council because of his wrong behaviour. Instead of teaching him a lesson, RJD is presenting him with bouquets. This shows their mentality,” she said.
