Patna: Altogether eight scholars of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) have been awarded the doctoral fellowships from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) for the academic year 2024-25.
CUSB’s public relations officer Mohd Mudassir Alam said, “While seven scholars have been awarded full-term fellowships for a period of two years, one has been awarded short-term fellowship for a period of six months. Each scholar will get Rs 20,000 per month with an annual contingency grant of Rs 20,000.”
The scholars who have been awarded ICSSR fellowships include Sania Iqbal, Shristi Singh, Ridhanshu Singh, Bishwa Ranjan, Rahul Pratap Shahi, Shivangi Sonkar and Manoj Limboo (full-term) and Satrughan Behera (short-term).
