Ara: Acting on a tip off, Bhojpur police on Tuesday seized 123.11 kg ganja, worth about Rs 8 lakh, from a drug peddler under the Jagdishpur police station area of the district. Bhojpur SP, Raj, said the arrested drug peddler was identified as Siddhnath Kumar, son of one Jaiprakash Prasad, of Hatpokhar village under the Jagdishpur police station of Bhojpur district.The police also recovered Rs 1.19 lakh cash, an electric weighing machine and a cellphone from the possession of the arrested smuggler.
