Palghar: The driver of a tanker, Ashish Kumar Yadav (29) died on Sunday, after the container he was driving fell off a bridge in Manor, Palghar district.
The tanker fell on the service road right next to the Manor junction. It was travelling on the Gujarat bound lane from Mumbai. No one else was injured in this accident when the tanker fell off the bridge. Cops at Manor police station confirmed that the tanker was carrying base oils and the driver had succumbed to his injuries. The whole junction was smeared with hundreds of litres of thick black oil, however there were no mishaps.
